品質エンジニア/ Quality Engineer

An international electronics manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Engineer. The selected candidate will lead advanced quality planning activities, support customer quality requirements, and ensure product quality from development through mass production.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities from product development through mass production launch
• Define quality requirements and integrate them into control plans, PFMEAs, and process design
• Serve as the quality liaison for automotive OEMs and tier suppliers
• Participate in customer technical and quality reviews
• Ensure customer specifications are implemented internally
• Perform quality checks for prototypes and pre-production samples
• Prepare customer submission documents, including PPAP
• Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to analyse root causes of defects
• Develop and implement corrective actions to improve product quality

Requirements:

• Technological or scientific background
• Experience as a Quality Engineer or AQP Engineer
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of automotive electronic components
• Expertise in quality audit methodologies
• International assignment or overseas work experience
• Experience working with Japanese automotive OEMs
• Possess valid certified auditor qualifications
• Professional level Japanese and English
