QHSSE

A multinational logistics company is looking for a QHSSE professional. The selected candidate will execute sustainability and environmental initiatives, manage ESG reporting, conduct environmental audits and risk assessments, and support sustainability projects and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and consolidate data for quarterly ESG report submissions through the designated system
• Coordinate with company sites and the head office regarding ESG reporting requirements
• Implement global sustainability guidelines locally
• Conduct ISO14001 internal audits, including site visits, checklist reviews, and stakeholder interviews
• Support ISO14001 surveillance audits
• Perform annual environmental risk assessments and follow up with stakeholders on improvement actions
• Identify and drive local sustainability initiatives, including environmental awareness and training programmes
• Lead sustainability-related mini projects and deliver project outcomes
• Support customer sustainability enquiries and supplier audits

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in the industry
• Basic knowledge and understanding of sustainability and environmental management
• Basic PC skills including MS Office Suite
• Interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese; basic level English

Preferred requirements:

• Internal auditing experience
• Knowledge of air, ocean, and logistics operations
• Work experience related to quality, environment, and occupational health and safety
