品質マネージャー/ Quality Manager

A global automotive safety technology company is looking for a Quality Manager. The selected candidate will lead quality strategy, operational excellence, supplier quality, customer issue resolution, and new product quality initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality function to strengthen team capability and overall quality performance
• Execute corporate quality strategies and promote a strong quality culture across the organisation
• Develop and maintain standardised quality management systems aligned with global automotive standards
• Set annual quality targets to ensure products and processes meet internal, customer, and regulatory expectations
• Guide supplier quality teams to improve component quality and corrective action implementation
• Drive new project quality activities to support smooth launches and consistent product reliability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related technical field
• Experience in quality assurance
• Prior experience with overseas coworker / customer in multiple cultures
• Proven Experience in technical document (PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.)
• Background in creative problem solving
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in quality automotive industry
• Experience in Restraint system (seat belt)
