QA

A global energy technology company is looking for a QA professional. The selected candidate will analyse product trouble root causes, support quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with quality standards, and communicate findings to customers. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse root causes of product trouble by coordinating with troubleshooting, site service, and engineering teams
• Prepare reports related to product trouble root causes
• Report product trouble root causes to customers
• Support site investigation work related to product trouble
• Support quality judgement of parts and equipment handled by the Service operation unit
• Support quality judgement for NCR closure processes
• Support quality judgement for CCRP closure processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
• Support quality assurance operations through effective team collaboration
• Promote safety and integrity in daily operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• General knowledge and specialised knowledge related to transformers
• Experience in quality assurance operations
• Team operation skills to support quality assurance work

• Professional level Japanese; proficient in verbal and written English
