A global automotive manufacturer is looking for a Volume Planning and Ordering Staff. The selected candidate will analyse the Japanese automotive market, develop sales forecasts, manage vehicle ordering operations and prepare business reports and presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse the Japanese automotive market and manage statistical data
• Develop short-, medium- and long-term sales plans and market forecasts
• Coordinate planning matters with headquarters and internal stakeholders
• Maintain vehicle pipeline reports and prepare business reports
• Create presentation materials for business meetings and reviews
• Support vehicle ordering, monitor production progress and respond to dealer enquiries

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and AI tools
• Possess valid driver’s licence is a plus
