A global automotive parts and accessories supplier is looking for a Product Development Purchasing Specialist. The selected candidate will manage supplier performance, mitigate supply chain risks, and deliver procurement solutions in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve supplier management processes and data accuracy
  • Update supplier quality, cost, delivery, and service evaluations
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Coordinate with global teams to apply procurement strategies locally
  • Recommend effective procurement solutions across business functions
  • Support supplier-related IATF audits and compliance activities

Requirements:

  • Experience at a manufacturing company
  • More than 3 years of practical experience in procurement and sourcing
  • Experience with systems such as SAP ERP
  • Prior experience in data analysis using tools like Power BI
  • Professional level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 600+)
