A renowned international electronics manufacturer is seeking a Purchasing Representative. The selected candidate will handle supplier sourcing, negotiation, and procurement management to ensure high-quality components are delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers while maintaining strong existing vendor relationships
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure optimal procurement deals
• Monitor product quality to align with company standards and commitment to excellence
• Collaborate with internal teams through the company’s ERP system to maintain accurate procurement data
• Propose product offers and identify new sales opportunities from supplier interactions
• Gather and share market insights obtained from vendor discussions

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of professional experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level spoken Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English
