IT調達スペシャリスト/ IT Sourcing Specialist

A global eCommerce company is looking for an IT Sourcing Specialist. The selected candidate will manage IT procurement, optimise costs, strengthen supplier relationships, streamline procurement processes and monitor emerging technology trends. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT procurement activities, including vendor selection and ordering processes
• Negotiate with vendors to optimise costs, delivery terms and quality
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Analyse procurement costs and implement cost reduction initiatives
• Improve and streamline procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal regulations
• Research emerging AI trends and technological developments

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in IT procurement operations (sourcing or purchasing)
• Experience in IT procurement
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in AI development (Python, original LLM, etc.)
• Prior experience in Public Cloud/SaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Proven experience in project management
• Prior legal knowledge (Subcontract Act, Intellectual Property Act, etc.)
• Possess valid procurement and AI-related qualifications (CPP, CPSM)
