調達財務シニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager, Procurement Finance

A global medical equipment manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement Finance. The selected candidate will partner with procurement leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, lead planning activities, and drive business performance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with procurement leaders to provide financial guidance and support business decisions
• Deliver financial analysis and recommendations incorporating accounting and tax considerations
• Lead financial discussions and drive resolution of complex business challenges
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making
• Support performance management and financial accountability across key business functions
• Assess financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve outcomes
• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with procurement strategies
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members to strengthen financial and business capabilities
• Manage a small finance team and ensure effective execution of priorities
• Coordinate with business finance teams to drive alignment and optimise performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience with a demonstrated supervisory progression (financial business partnership in Global Company)
• Experience with multi-national organisations, and/or overseas assignment
• Prior experience in implementing and influencing process and organisational change
• Proven solid people leadership experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level written and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in SAP, Oracle and/or Hyperion
