調達・ロジスティクス担当/ Procurement & Logistics Specialist

A multinational music company is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Specialist. The selected candidate will manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, logistics operations, inventory control, and import/export processes to support business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Select suppliers and evaluate sourcing options
• Set contract terms and conditions
• Negotiate with suppliers and business partners
• Manage outsourcing manufacturing and raw material purchasing
• Determine procurement costs and support payment processing
• Manage product ordering activities
• Coordinate delivery management processes
• Handle logistics-related issues and operational challenges
• Manage inventory across leased warehouses and storage facilities
• Coordinate import and export procedures
• Arrange transportation and logistics operations

Requirements:

• Experience in procurement and logistics
• Experience responding to procurement and logistics audits
• Ability to read and write in English
• Professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Team management experience
• Conversational English
