調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

A multinational healthcare company is looking for a Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead category strategy execution and drive procurement value delivery across local and regional markets.

Responsibilities:

• Align with hub and global category teams to support effective regional and global strategy execution
• Execute global sourcing strategies across multiple spend categories with local market consideration
• Educate local teams on global procurement strategies and ensure effective communication
• Ensure financial benefits are aligned with the Spend Management Framework and stakeholder-approved budgets
• Build strategic partnerships with local stakeholders to understand needs and align sourcing strategies
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring robust performance processes and effective contract execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Practical experience in indirect procurement
• Prior experience in developing and executing procurement strategies, stakeholder and supplier management
• Hands on experience in marketing & sales category management
• Experience in managing procurement within LOCS and navigating regulatory frameworks
• Background in Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or Consulting
• Possess a valid MBA, MCIPS or international equivalent qualification
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
