調達シニアスペシャリスト/ Procurement Sr. Specialist

A multinational healthcare company is looking for a Procurement Sr. Specialist, Global Procurement. The selected candidate will execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, support purchasing operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance procurement efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Execute purchasing and supply management strategies created by Category Managers
• Support procurement operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Research and evaluate products, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities
• Manage purchase order approvals, negotiations, and procurement processes
• Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and customer service
• Develop and implement purchasing policies aligned with global standards
• Maintain and manage supplier relationships and vendor performance
• Lead bids, RFPs, and procurement-related projects
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement and financial policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, Business, or financial field
• 4-6 years of experience in purchasing or procurement functions
• Experience in project planning and implementation
• Experience in contract execution and management
• Experience working in a US or foreign multinational corporation
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Interest in market dynamics and business operations
• Strong project management skills
• Strong interdisciplinary, intercultural, influencing, and networking skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in procurement support for commercial sales organisations
• Exposure to the healthcare industry environment
• Possess a valid CPM/CPSM certification
