IT購買企画管理・戦略策定担当/ IT Procurement Admin and Strategy

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for an IT Procurement Admin and Strategy professional. The selected candidate will lead procurement process improvements, strategic planning, and supplier collaboration across global and domestic operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive IT procurement process optimisation within internal regulations
• Build and implement strategies to enhance supplier partnerships
• Propose improvements through data analysis and insights
• Coordinate with domestic and international group companies to centralise purchasing
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance procurement governance and structure
• Participate in purchasing and sourcing activities to gain operational insights

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, SE, or analyst roles related to IT products (Public Cloud, SaaS, etc.)
• More than 3 years of experience in IT procurement operations (sourcing or purchasing)
• Experience in IT procurement is a plus
• Prior experience establishing procurement procedures and rules (policies) is preferred
• Proven experience in “admin” role is ideal
• Professional level Japanese and English

• 調達におけるプロセス、規則制定経験歓迎
• Adminロールとしての業務経験歓迎
• サプライヤーマネージメント業務経験歓迎
