調達スペシャリスト/ Procurement Specialist

A global consumer goods conglomerate is looking for a Procurement Specialist. The selected candidate will lead strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement operations to drive cost efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop category strategies and sourcing plans
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and optimise spend
• Lead RFP processes and negotiate supplier contracts
• Manage procurement across vehicles, travel, mobile, 3PL, and marketing categories
• Oversee vendor onboarding, budget control, and procurement reporting
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and Procure-to-Pay processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of procurement experience in Japan
• Experience in negotiation
• Prior experience in stakeholder management, spend analysis, and RFP
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1+); business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in indirect procurement
• Prior experience in a global company
• Proven experience with analytical tools (Power BI)
