Instock シニアマネージャー/ Senior Instock Manager

A global eCommerce company is seeking a Senior Instock Manager. The selected candidate will oversee supply chain optimisation, product launches, and inventory planning to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead program and project management across multiple markets
• Define and execute launch roadmaps for tools, systems, and processes
• Optimise space utilisation across fulfilment and distribution centers
• Develop forecasting and buying strategies to ensure product availability
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on inventory and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience with MS Excel
• More than 5 years of military experience
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership
• Prior experience with complex data sets
• Proven experience with SQL is a plus
• Understanding of statistics or other analytical techniques is ideal
• Fluent level English (Japanese is ideal)
