シニアオペレーションマネージャー/ Senior Operational Manager

A renowned technology company is looking for a Senior Operational Manager. The selected candidate will drive operational performance, quality and safety standards, vendor management, cost efficiency, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities
• Monitor performance and drive operational efficiency
• Allocate resources to support business requirements
• Develop and improve operational processes and procedures
• Manage operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Manage external partners and monitor service performance
• Identify opportunities to improve costs and productivity
• Utilise operational systems and data to support decision-making

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management
• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership role within large-scale e-commerce fulfilment (Amazon FBA, JD Logistics, etc.)
• Experience managing peak season operations
• Skilled in WMS/TMS logic, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodology
• Fluent level Japanese and English; proficient in Korean and Chinese
