営業事務・契約管理担当/ Business Operations Administration

A hospitality technology company is looking for a Business Operations Administration professional. The selected candidate will manage contracts, billing and payments while collaborating across departments to improve business workflows and support business development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts, billing, and payments for customers acquired by the sales team
• Collaborate with other departments on company-wide billing and sales-related tasks
• Prepare estimates and application forms for contracts
• Prepare and send application forms to customers
• Register completed contracts and application forms in the management system

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in billing, sales administration, or sales management
• Experience collaborating across departments including sales, accounting, and legal affairs
• Data processing skills using Excel or Google Sheets
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Comfortable handling detailed numerical data
• Experience working at IT companies, particularly subscription businesses such as cloud services
• Experience working at startups
• Experience in business improvement and workflow development
