NPIマネージャー/ NPI Manager

A global consumer goods company is looking for an NPI (New Product Introduction) Manager. The chosen applicant will own the end-to-end deployment of new product introductions, including the plan, readiness, risks, and product availability.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end launch plan for each new product through to on-time, in-full delivery
• Act as the single source of truth on launch status, including milestones, dependencies and decisions needed, visible from the project team up to the leadership team
• Identify risks and potential delays early and implement solutions
• Coordinate delivery across Product Development, Supply Chain, Quality and Commercial, using influence to drive progress across teams
• Make trade-off decisions when timing, cost and scope collide, and provide the reasoning behind them
• Improve how the company runs launches so each new product introduction is easier and more effective

Requirements:

• Project management experience in fast-moving consumer goods, supply chain, or a comparable multi-product environment
• Ability to influence across levels and functions
• Proficient in English

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficient in Japanese
