シニアオペレーションマネージャー/ Senior Operations Manager

A global video game services company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The selected candidate will lead client portfolios, manage operational teams, oversee P&L performance, and drive service delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and enterprise client accounts from delivery through completion
• Manage client relationships, escalations, KPIs, and SLA compliance
• Lead and develop Operations Managers and the wider operations team
• Drive performance management, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team
• Own P&L performance, budgeting, resource planning, cost management, and client invoicing
• Analyse operational metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to improve delivery and support strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Operations Management
• 3-5 years of leadership experience as an operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a fast-paced BPO, Customer Support, or Player Engagement environment
• Background in managing P&L performance, operational budgets, and applying gross margin levers
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in Google Workspace, and operational/business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Google Sheets)
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
