HSE代表者/ HSE Representative

A well-established aquaculture company is looking for an HSE Representative. The selected candidate will oversee workplace health, safety, and environmental initiatives across factories and plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage company-wide HSE programs across factories and plants
• Coordinate Safety and Health Committee meetings, documentation, and records
• Promote risk assessments, KYT activities, and workplace safety training
• Liaise with labor, fire, and other relevant government authorities
• Conduct site safety patrols and recommend improvements to hazardous practices
• Improve safety management systems and promote a strong workplace safety culture

Requirements:

• Experience working in a specialised Health & Safety related department
• Prior experience establishing or improving an HSE / safety management organisation
• Proven experience supporting safety management in factories, plants, or industrial environments
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid Safety Manager qualification, as defined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
• Professional level Japanese and English
