BCPコーディネーター/ BCP Coordinator

A multinational financial services company is looking for a BCP Coordinator. The selected candidate will lead business continuity, incident management, physical security, and workplace safety operations across regional offices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead BCP coordination, including incident workflows, tracking systems, recovery plans, call trees, and vendor contacts
• Facilitate annual BCP reviews with local leadership and Global Security to validate readiness and critical processes
• Maintain incident management guides, including playbooks, escalation paths, communication templates, and drill learnings
• Oversee physical security, access control, visitor procedures, vendor escorting, and limited-access room ownership
• Coordinate business traveller reporting, support communications, and secure handling of traveller-related data
• Manage workplace safety reports, fire safety plans, disaster preparedness procedures, and corrective action tracking

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of access control systems and cite systems
• Possess valid CPR, first aid, health and safety training qualifications
• Possess valid disaster response qualification
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal English; professional level Japanese
