オペレーションマネージャー/ Operations Manager

A multinational technology, AI, and data solutions company is looking for an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will manage data operations, optimise processes, maintain reporting systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of client data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain data pipelines, databases, and reporting systems
• Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and Python
• Develop and maintain automated reports
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements
• Improve data quality and implement data validation processes
• Use VBA to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Document data processes and ensure compliance with internal standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
• More than 5 years of experience in data operations, data analysis, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis
• Strong proficiency in VBA for automation and Excel-based solutions
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
• Fluent level English; business level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with AI tools for writing code
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience working in multinational teams
