物流オペレーションリード/ Distribution Operations Lead

A renowned sports apparel manufacturing company is looking for a Distribution Operations Lead. The selected candidate will oversee 3PL warehouse partners, shipping operations, inventory processes, ERP data, and logistics improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage outsourced 3PL warehouse partners and maintain strong operational relationships
• Oversee shipping and delivery operations across wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules with internal teams and external vendors
• Support inventory control activities and inventory audits
• Maintain ERP inventory data, master records, and related transactions
• Monitor logistics performance and drive process improvements for smoother daily operations

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience managing 3PL operations
• Experience within the apparel or sports industry
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience using SAP
• Prior experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Understanding of logistics systems, ERP, and network-related operations
