オペレーションマネージャー/ Operations Manager

A renowned nonprofit organisation is looking for an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will manage exam operations, service delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk compliance, and performance improvements across the assessment suite.

Responsibilities:

• Execute operational plans aligned with project strategy, delivery standards, and supplier requirements
• Manage logistics, resourcing, capacity planning, and service delivery performance
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and translate client strategies into operational procedures
• Monitor exam security, compliance, risk controls, and contingency planning
• Use data analysis and reporting tools to support operational decisions and regional updates
• Lead team development, change integration, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier coordination

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above (University degree in any field or relevant qualification is a plus)
• Experience of planning and delivery in a fast-paced operational environment at a management level
• Prior experience managing small teams or demonstrating management potentials
• Proven experience of delivery change and ensuring that new ways of working are embedded
• Background in overseeing production of goods/provision of services
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level spoken Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working in exams environment
• Prior experience of leading on delivery of computer-based exams
• Proven experience of working with government and municipal offices
