オペレーションマネージャー/ Operation Manager

A global logistics and packaging solutions company is looking for an Operation Manager. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations, 3PL warehouse management, inventory control, customer accounts, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, procedures, policies, and audit-ready administration processes
• Oversee stock control and inventory planning across 3PL warehouse operations
• Build relationships with 3PL partners, customers, end users, and vendors
• Prepare logistics cost budgets and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, customer complaints, and delivery-related issues
• Lead KPI setting, performance reviews, operational reporting, projects, and Kaizen initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related field (logistics, professional diploma in quality management, and registered Six Sigma Green Belt is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse Industry
• Experience in a team environment to maximise relationships, both internal and external
• Prior experience in identifying and capturing new business
• Excellent PC skills
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experienced in tire business trade lane, automotive parts trade lane and technical service activities
• Prior experience in the industrial market
