物流・オペレーション担当/ Logistics/Ops Associate

A foreign eCommerce company is searching for a Logistics/Ops Associate. The selected applicant will support logistics operations in Japan, ensuring smooth shipment flow, coordinating with vendors and internal teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics operations in Japan and monitor shipment flow and operational status from Japan to SEA and LATAM (Latin America) markets
• Identify operational issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
• Maintain daily communication with logistics vendors in Japan regarding operational matters
• Follow up on vendor performance and operational issues
• Coordinate with the regional logistics team on operational updates and issue resolution
• Work closely with the JP team for logistics-related coordination
• Manage operational announcements and communications to JP sellers and buyers on behalf of the Company platform
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication of operational updates

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or supply chain operations
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting
• Basic understanding of cross-border e-commerce and B2C logistics flow (air freight knowledge is a plus)
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and cross- functional stakeholders
• Business level English;

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in daily operations coordination or vendor communication
• Business level Korean
