注文オペレーション専門員/ Order Operations Specialist

A global environmental sciences company is looking for an Order Operations Specialist. The selected candidate will support order operations by managing data entry, delivery schedules, and sales administration tasks. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sales administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from service engineers, sales teams, and distributors regarding inventory and delivery schedules
• Manage delivery schedules, including providing answers and negotiating as needed
• Organise documents, such as filing and maintaining records
• Handle order operations tasks such as inventory inquiries and shipment tracking associated with order entry
• Enter data into the global SAP order system accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth business operations

Requirements:

• Practical experience in sales administrative tasks across order-to-cash processes
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP)
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English is a plus
