シニアオペレーションマネージャー/ Senior Operations Manager

A global fashion company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The selected candidate will lead and optimise supply chain operations, including demand planning, logistics, and customer service, while driving performance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead supply chain operations covering planning, logistics, quality, and regulatory affairs
• Manage supply chain performance aligning with company goals and stakeholders
• Chair S&OP process to optimise sales, inventory, and distribution costs
• Collaborate with headquarters to ensure process compliance and system improvements
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners following global policies
• Analyse and improve productivity, cost savings, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in operations management and cosmetic/fashion distribution channels in Japan
• Prior experience in project management
• Previous experience in supply chain management and S&OP
• Proven experience with SAP
• Understanding of all processes and activities related to supply chain
• Knowledge of logistic processes
• Fluent level verbal Japanese and English; proficient in reading and written Japanese
