ロジスティクスマネージャー/ Logistics Manager

A renowned consumer goods manufacturer is looking for a Logistics Manager. The selected candidate will oversee logistics operations, optimise supply chain performance, manage strategic projects, and drive business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and transportation operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and VAS while ensuring safety and quality standards
• Manage 3PL partners to maintain service performance, cost efficiency, and contract compliance
• Lead logistics planning, including capacity forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking
• Drive logistics optimisation initiatives such as route optimisation, load consolidation, and warehouse transitions
• Partner with demand planning, sales, marketing, retail customers, and regional teams to ensure supply chain alignment and resolve escalations
• Lead logistics projects, team development, digital transformation, ERP upgrades, compliance, and business continuity initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics
• Experience in FMCG warehouse operations or FMCG handling within a 3PL/contract logistics environment
• Prior people management experience with more than 3 direct reports
• Understanding of WMS and ERP systems
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in project management
