輸出入・アフターマーケット/ Import / Export Aftermarket

A global automotive technology company is looking for an Import / Export Aftermarket professional. The selected candidate will manage daily import and export activities, customer coordination, order processing, inventory and shipment monitoring, and SAP and Excel-related operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hands-on import and export operations
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, internal departments, warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
• Process and manage customer orders
• Support customers through order follow-up and issue resolution
• Monitor inventory and shipments
• Handle data and prepare reports using Excel
• Process SAP transactions and maintain master data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 4 years of experience in hands-on daily import and export or customer-facing operations
• Strong coordination and communication skills with customers and internal and external logistics stakeholders
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of the automotive and aftermarket industries
• Experience with SAP
