物流・倉庫スペシャリスト/ Logistics and Warehouse Specialist

A global construction equipment supplier is looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist. The selected candidate will manage logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipment coordination with internal teams and external partners. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with factories, carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, customers, and internal teams
• Manage daily 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and stocktaking
• Monitor logistics and warehouse performance, including transportation costs, delivery schedules, inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and service levels
• Maintain inventory accuracy, analyse stock levels, and support replenishment, allocation, and inventory optimisation activities
• Resolve shipment, delivery, warehouse, and inventory issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain shipment and inventory data using WMS, ERP systems, and Excel while supporting process and system improvements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of practical experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience managing inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation coordination and inventory management
• Prior experience using ERP and WMS systems (Oracle experience is preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English (TOEIC 700+ is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working with 3PL warehouse providers and logistics service partners
• Prior experience in a multinational company or import/distribution business environment
• Proven experience participating in operational improvement initiatives or cross-functional projects
