営業事務・物流スペシャリスト/ Sales Admin & Logistics Specialist

A global automotive manufacturer is looking for a Sales Admin & Logistics Specialist. The selected candidate will manage vehicle and parts imports, domestic deliveries, order processing, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the import of vehicles, parts, and accessories from overseas
• Manage domestic deliveries across Japan
• Process purchase and delivery orders in SAP
• Prepare order and delivery documentation
• Liaise with local warehouse teams and global headquarters
• Compile and maintain sales reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business related studies
• 3-4 years of professional experience in a relevant domain
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of logistics (import and distribution)
• Native level Japanese; business level English
