航空貨物輸入チームリーダー/ Airfreight Import Team Leader

A multinational logistics company is looking for an Airfreight Import Team Leader. The selected candidate will oversee import operations, manage team performance, resolve customer issues, and improve service quality and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the airfreight import operations team and ensure timely service delivery
• Oversee bookings, customs clearance, trucking, documentation, billing, and vendor coordination
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and conduct regular operational reviews
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, compliance, vendor performance, and cost control
• Implement SOPs and process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency
• Coach team members and support new customer onboarding and business implementation

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
