ロジスティクススペシャリスト/ Logistics Specialist

A renowned automotive components manufacturer is looking for a Logistics Specialist. The selected candidate will manage orders, import/export documentation, inventory, warehouse coordination, and shipment delivery for automotive parts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders and logistics processing
• Prepare import/export documents and ensure accurate handling
• Monitor inventory levels across internal and external warehouses
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, couriers, and forwarders
• Oversee automotive parts movement and warehouse-related activities
• Update logistics and order data in the ERP system

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of work experience in logistics
• Prior warehouse operational experience
• Skilled in ERP System (Microsoft Navision or similar system)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid driver’s licence

Preferred requirements:

• Prior project management experience in logistics
• Proficient in Japanese; business level English
