ロジスティクス運用エグゼクティブ/ Logistics Operations Executive

A global pet nutrition company is looking for a Logistics Operations Executive. The selected candidate will manage logistics operations, oversee 3PL performance, drive quality and compliance initiatives, support continuous improvement projects, and deliver logistics performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with 3PL partners to manage inbound, outbound, and storage operations
• Monitor 3PL performance against KPIs and Service Level Agreements and participate in performance reviews
• Ensure the availability of logistics consumables including pallets and packaging materials
• Maintain data integrity and support system processes across WMS and related platforms
• Coordinate and oversee annual physical stock counts at distribution centres and 3PL locations
• Act as a key contact for Distribution Quality Management and External Manufacturing Quality Management standards
• Implement and monitor compliance with Quality Management Principles across logistics operations
• Support internal and external quality audits through documentation and operational evidence
• Lead logistics operations for market quality incidents, including inventory status management and physical segregation of inventory
• Share significant operational risks with relevant departments in a timely manner
• Identify and implement logistics improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Drive initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint in warehousing and domestic transport
• Support the development and execution of warehousing and domestic transport strategies
• Participate in logistics transformation projects, including warehouse tendering, relocation, and process optimisation initiatives
• Analyse logistics performance data and implement improvement actions
• Track, update, and report logistics metrics including inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and operational costs
• Prepare performance reports highlighting risks and opportunities for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, Finance, or a related field
• More than 3 years of experience in supply chain
• Experience in ERP, WMS, Forecasting Tools, and OMS deployment
• High people agility to build broad connections
• Digital knowledge
• Business level Japanese and English
