デマンドプランナー/ Demand Planner

An international pharmaceutical firm is looking for a Demand Planner. The selected candidate will manage demand planning, inventory control, logistics coordination, vendor management, and compliance-driven supply chain operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the S&OP cycle and develop 36-month consensus demand forecasts
• Manage replenishment planning, shipment scheduling, stock transfers, and supply risk mitigation
• Support product launches, discontinuations, SKU changes, and lifecycle-related supply planning
• Coordinate inbound transportation, domestic delivery, and logistics issue resolution
• Oversee 3PL operations, vendor performance, GDP/GMP compliance, audits, and corrective actions
• Maintain SAP master data, prepare KPI reports, support system updates, and drive process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in demand planning
• More than 3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning and/or logistics
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level in English (CEFR B2+); native level Japanese (JLPT N1)

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid APICS – CPIM, CSCP, CLTD qualification
• Possess valid IBF – Cert. Professional Forecaster or Advanced Cert. Professional Forecaster qualification
• Possess valid Micro-Master Programs (Supply Chain Management) qualification
