グローバル注文管理/ Global Order Management
A multinational industrial technology company is looking for a Global Order Management professional. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensure efficient material flows, and drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across global supply chains. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily logistics execution, including international and domestic transportation
- Act as the primary interface with freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers
- Monitor shipment status and logistics-related KPIs such as lead time and on-time delivery
- Monitor freight costs, validate logistics invoices, and ensure cost accuracy
- Support cost control initiatives and productivity improvement activities
- Identify logistics risks and disruptions early and coordinate mitigation actions
- Drive knowledge transfer, standardisation, and continuous improvement within logistics processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Order Management, Finance, and Sales
- Contribute to the optimisation of logistics operations at a global level aligned with global strategies
- Strengthen and stabilise logistics operations through process improvement initiatives
- Support process visualisation and reduce dependency on individuals through standardisation
- Improve overall quality and productivity within the team
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B logistics, supply chain, or trade-related functions
- Experience managing logistics execution including international and domestic transportation
- Hands-on experience working with freight forwarders or third-party logistics providers
- Experience using SAP for logistics-related operations
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI
- Solid understanding of logistics operations including air, ocean, and inland transportation
- Basic knowledge of freight cost structures and logistics pricing mechanisms
- Knowledge of process standardisation and visualisation tools such as SOP development, process mapping, and KPI dashboards
- Professional level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with EDI, transportation milestone tracking, or shipment visibility tools
- Experience supporting cost optimisation or productivity improvement initiatives
- Experience working in a global or cross-regional setup
- Experience in process standardisation, operational improvement, or SOP development
