倉庫・物流マネージャー/ Warehouse and Logistics Manager

A multinational luxury jewellery company is looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager. The selected candidate will oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and after-sales service while managing a small team and implementing efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the warehouse and logistics team, including training, staff development, and scheduling
• Organise and optimise departmental workflows, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service
• Oversee physical stock management, reception of merchandise, order preparation, and packing for internal and external clients
• Coordinate import/export operations, domestic logistics, and transportation with internal teams and external partners
• Lead after-sales service and repair management, including quality control, liaising with POS and external workshops, and maintaining spare parts inventory
• Implement, monitor, and improve processes for events, trunk shows, and urgent “Fast Trap” orders
• Maintain detailed records and KPIs for inventory, repairs, shipments, and department performance
• Manage consumables, workspace organisation, and office supplies to ensure smooth operational support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• More than 5 years’ experience in a related industry, luxury business or jewellery experience
• Experience in stock management and warehouse operations
• Hands-on experience with administrative tasks and ERP systems
• Experience managing a small team
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel formulas (VLOOKUP/Xlookup)

• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in luxury retail or e-commerce logistics
• Prior involvement in events, trunk shows, or high-value merchandise handling
• Proficient in French
