A global pharmaceutical institution is looking for a Scheduling & Cell Logistics professional. The selected candidate will coordinate patient schedules, support treatment and manufacturing sites, and manage scheduling-related issues across the patient journey.
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling coordination for assigned treatment sites
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders by phone and email
- Maintain patient schedules and transactional data in scheduling systems
- Resolve scheduling issues, escalations, exceptions, and product-related cases
- Support treatment sites with scheduling processes and portal guidance
- Track account health, document feedback, and support cross-functional meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 3 years of work experience
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent written reading, spoken, and written Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in customer service, call centre operations, patient services/navigator, account management, logistics, or supply chain
