臨床ロジスティクススペシャリスト/ Clinical Logistics Specialist

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Specialist, Clinical Logistics. The selected candidate will manage investigational product logistics, oversee chain of custody and chain of identity processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical trial operations. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate investigational product logistics including transport, customs, courier, and broker arrangements
• Manage chain of custody and chain of identity throughout the clinical product journey
• Support clinical trial study teams and assigned studies
• Collaborate with Contract Research Organisations and investigational site personnel
• Track and prepare logistics information using databases, spreadsheets, and related tools
• Utilise vendor and supplier systems to place logistics-related orders
• Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Operations teams
• Provide training support at study trial meetings when required
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call response programme
• Arrange meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes
• Support domestic and international biologic material transportation activities
• Travel as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2-4 years of experience in clinical or logistics operations
• Experience with courier services and cold chain logistics
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP
• Familiarity with domestic and international biologic material transportation regulations including IATA, ICAO, ADR, DOT, and WHO
• Knowledge of biological tissue transportation and logistics
• Understanding of FDA and EMA regulations, ICH guidelines, and GCP
• Experience with Agile change control management
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese and English
