ロジスティクスコンサルタント/ Logistics Consultant

An international logistics solutions provider is looking for a Logistics Consultant. The selected candidate will manage import/export shipment processing, documentation, customer communication, and compliance across logistics operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage shipment processing systems, job updates, charges, and supporting documents
• Prepare MAWB, FWB, FHL, security declarations, and customer shipping documents
• Check shipments for regulatory, security, packaging, labelling, and marking compliance
• Monitor operations emails and job notes to coordinate timely customer and internal communication
• Organise shipment collections with customers, dispatch teams, domestic agents, and consignees
• Support training coordination and maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and security standards

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and/or operations
• Prior experience negotiating timelines and pricing with a range of stakeholders
• Prior international & domestic geographic
• Knowledge of imports and exports processes and statutory requirements
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
