流通プランナー/ Distribution Planner

A multinational fashion brand is looking for a Distribution Planner to manage inventory, allocation, and replenishment across multiple sales channels and points of sale. This is a hybrid and flex time role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor product inventory across multiple sales channels and points of sale
• Support supply planning by channel and point of sale
• Plan and manage promotional material distribution across channels and points of sale
• Analyse sales data and prepare regular reports
• Operate and maintain automated allocation and replenishment systems
• Support system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-functional projects to optimise inventory availability and product sell-through

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, FMCG, or another consumer-focused industry
• Prior experience with multi-channel distribution and inventory management across online and offline channels
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English is ideal

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in retail operations or wholesale-based sales
• Prior omnichannel project experience
• Proven experience with Power Pivot and/or SQL
