流通・輸送スペシャリスト/ Distribution & Transportation Specialist

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Distribution & Transportation Specialist. The selected candidate will drive distribution and transportation strategy, optimise logistics operations, manage 3PL performance, and improve cost and service efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Execute distribution and transportation strategies aligned with global supply chain goals
• Optimise distribution centre operations and the local distribution network
• Improve transportation efficiency through process optimisation, cost control, and service enhancements
• Monitor KPIs including delivery performance, shipment costs, and lead times
• Ensure QHSE, customs, trade, and international transportation compliance
• Manage 3PL providers, vendor performance, RFQs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or industrial engineering with a logistics focus
• 3-5 years of experience in distribution logistics
• 1-2 years of experience in transportation coordination and optimisation
• Experience in automotive manufacturing / M+H product
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of the manufacturing process
