ディストリビューション業務/ Distribution Operations

A global direct selling company is looking for a Distribution Operations role. The chosen candidate will support distribution operations by managing end-to-end distribution centre processes, system-related activities, and operational improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot system-related issues independently or with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and stable operational processes
• Participate in system-related projects, provide functional expertise, and support system enhancements and implementations as the department’s Subject Matter Expert
• Manage inbound receiving, storage, assembly, and outbound operations while ensuring accurate inventory control
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfilment and shipment of customer orders to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
• Manage customer returns and damaged inventory, including disposal and repackaging activities in accordance with company policies
• Oversee logistics operations including workflow management, quality, cost, operational data, and safety to ensure efficient distribution centre performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality logistics services and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with outsourced service providers to manage daily operations, maintain service quality, and ensure operational standards
• Maintain warehouse material handling equipment to support safe and efficient operations
• Manage procurement of operational supplies and oversee payment processing in accordance with company procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• More than 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in domestic logistics, inventory management, or production planning and control
• Experience with or a solid understanding of logistics operations utilising Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Intermediate level in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams)
• Professional level Japanese; basic level English
