A global fashion retail company is looking for a Distribution professional. The selected candidate will lead allocation planning, inventory optimisation, and replenishment strategies to support sales performance and stock efficiency. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute allocation strategies aligned with sales targets and supply constraints
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align inventory with product launches and seasonal demand
• Monitor stock arrivals and redistribute inventory based on performance and demand signals
• Analyse inventory versus forecasts to manage quotas, releases, and adjustments
• Optimise stock levels across stores and warehouses to prevent overstock and stockouts
• Manage replenishment systems and generate reports to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, supply chain management, or related field is ideal
• Experience in allocation planning or inventory management within the cosmetics or luxury goods industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
