流通マネージャー/ Distribution Manager

An international construction technology company is seeking a Distribution Manager. The selected candidate will manage warehousing, transportation, and customs operations while developing long-term distribution strategies and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse and transportation operations (3PL) to ensure efficient and high-quality service
• Develop and implement cost-efficient logistics and distribution strategies
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics functions
• Lead and coach a team to foster engagement, performance, and career growth
• Oversee customs, haulage, and inbound logistics processes for compliance and efficiency
• Coordinate with regional teams to align on distribution roadmaps and best practices
• Drive customer experience initiatives through effective logistics management
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage regular audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, and transportation management
• Proven experience in people management and stakeholder collaboration
• Proficient in logistics cost management, KPI tracking, and project management
• Fluent level Japanese and English
