需要プランナー/ Demand Planner

A global fresh produce company is looking for a Demand Planner. The selected candidate will own demand forecasting, align cross-functional inputs, and drive accurate and data-driven planning decisions across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain rolling demand forecasts across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons
• Translate market, customer, and commercial inputs into structured demand plans and scenarios
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and stability, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Prepare and present Demand Review materials including Demand One-Page Summary
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, and Group IBP to ensure alignment
• Challenge and validate commercial assumptions to ensure realistic forecasts
• Ensure demand data integrity and maintain master data within planning systems
• Drive continuous improvement of demand planning processes, tools, and data quality
• Support capability building and adoption of IBP best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Understanding of demand drivers including volume, revenue, and margin
• Experience with planning tools and ERP systems including Anaplan
• Ability to structure forecasts within IBP or S&OP environments
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, commercial planning, analytics, FMCG or fresh produce
• Knowledge of agricultural or FMCG demand dynamics
