カスタマーサプライチェーン受注管理スペシャリスト/ Customer SC Order Management

A global consumer electronics company is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Order Management Specialist. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end customer supply chain operations, oversee order fulfilment and logistics coordination, and drive process improvements to optimise service, inventory, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer supply chain operations for assigned customers
• Monitor order fulfilment, delivery schedules, pricing accuracy, and inventory allocation
• Manage order backlog activities including scheduling, allocation planning, and backlog reduction
• Collaborate with logistics and distribution partners to ensure on-time delivery performance
• Prepare and publish reports related to inventory, delivery performance, and channel operations
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency
• Support continuous improvement activities focused on cost, service, inventory, and cycle time metrics
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer service and operational predictability
• Support standardisation and optimisation of supply chain processes and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar discipline
• More than 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within consumer electronics
• Experience driving process improvement and automation within supply chain operations
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau
• Ability to work effectively within dynamic international environments
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
