カスタマーオペレーションズアナリスト/ Customer Operations Analyst

A global semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will optimise customer supply chains and strengthen business relationships to enhance overall operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Optimise supply chains and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction
• Analyse supply and demand trends to enhance forecasting and reporting accuracy
• Strengthen internal and external business relationships to increase revenue opportunities
• Identify and execute process improvements through automation and efficiency initiatives
• Streamline logistics operations and optimise transportation flows between factories and distribution centers
• Monitor and manage backlog and shipment variances to ensure seamless order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain, finance, accounting, etc.
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistic and operational processes is ideal
• Knowledge of TI planning systems and WW manufacturing operations is preferred
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 850+)
