A global logistics company is looking for an Air Freight Customer Services and Operations. The chosen applicant will coordinate and handle airfreight shipments from end to end, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Produce transport documentation accurately and timely manner
• Maintain high data quality in transport and tracking systems
• Participate in rate negotiations with carriers and subcontractors as necessary
• Monitor file profitability and take actions to improve gross profit
• Ensure claims are handled properly and in line with company procedures
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and partners
• Participate in monthly department meetings to review performance and share updates

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
• More than 1 year of experience in the airfreight department
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work independently or with teams
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
